Stack Rush Privacy Policy

Stack Rush is a mobile game published by KhanhPT. This policy explains what the game collects, why, and what you can do about it. We do not ask you to create an account and we never ask for your name, phone number or address.

What the game collects

• A device identifier. The game uses the identifier your device gives to this app so your coins, skins and high scores stay with you. It is not your Apple ID and it cannot identify you personally.
• Game progress. Scores, coins, unlocked skins, missions and daily rewards, stored on our server so you do not lose them.
• A nickname, only if you type one for the leaderboard. Pick anything you like.
• Purchase records. When you buy something, Apple sends us a signed receipt. We store the transaction identifier and the product purchased so we can grant your item and support refunds. We never see your card details.
• Basic technical data such as device model, operating system version and app version, used to fix crashes and bugs.

Advertising

The game is free because it shows ads. Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay, which includes Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. These partners may use your advertising identifier and general location (country level) to choose which ads to show and to measure them.

• On iOS, the game asks for permission before any tracking. If you decline, you still see the same number of ads, they are just less relevant.
• You can change your choice at any time inside the game: Shop → Ad Privacy Settings.
• You can also turn ads off completely by buying Remove Ads.
• Partner policies: Unity.

Children

Stack Rush is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Where data is stored

Game progress is stored on our own server in Vietnam and is kept while your device stays linked to the game. Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax and consumer law.

Your rights

You can ask us to show or delete the data linked to your device. Write to the address below with the nickname you use in the leaderboard, and we will handle the request within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to personalised advertising, which you can do directly in Shop → Ad Privacy Settings.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
